Production and delivery of printed and advertising and information materials under two lots: Lot №1 ‘Production and supply of printed and advertising materials under project №2025-1-BG01-KA131-HED-000327857 ‘Mobility of students and staff in the field of higher education’ Lot №2 ‘Production and supply of printed and advertising materials under project №2024-1-BG01-KA171-HED-000198913 ‘Mobility of students and staff in the field of higher education between programme and third countries not associated to the programme’ CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION DEADLINE The end date of the contract for each of the two lots is linked to the action and duration of the grant contracts under the projects and is before the final completion of the activities and reporting of the project costs. For lot №1 - The maximum duration of project №2025-1-BG01-KA131-HED-000327857 ‘Mobility of higher education students and staff’ is 31 July 2027. For lot №2 - The maximum duration of project №2024-1-BG01-KA171-HED-000198913 ‘Mobility of higher education students and staff between programme and third countries not associated to the programme’ is 31 July 2027. Note: The contracting authority shall entrust the performance of the tasks covered by the lot with separate procurement letters. Approval of the final content and design of the materials is established by signing a bilateral protocol. The deadline for production and delivery on site to the Assignor of the materials is up to 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of their application by the Assignor in the requested circulation on the basis of a design previously agreed and approved by the Assignor. PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION - for lots №1 and №2 - Gabrovo, str. Hadzhi Dimitar № 4.
