CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1) 1 POINT 7) PUBLIC AGREEMENTS: 1. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts on the basis of Art. 1 point 7) of the PPL Act in respect of each part consisting in the repetition of similar construction works. 2. The scope of similar contracts includes: installation works in buildings and construction works in the field of: - construction and construction works - sanitary installation works - electrical installation works 3. A flat-rate remuneration shall be fixed for the contract. 2. The Contractor shall indicate in the tender form the gross price for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, the value of VAT and the net price for each lot for which he submits a tender. VAT rates should be determined in accordance with the VAT Act of 11 March 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 775, as amended). 3. The Contractor is obliged to calculate the price for the performance of the subject of the contract based on the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in Annexes No. 2 to the FTZ and the draft contractual provisions. BREAKDOWN OF THE CONTRACT IN PARTS: 1. The Ordering Party informs that partial tenders may be submitted with a limitation to 4 freely selected parts of the contract. If the Contractor submits a tender for more than 4 lots, the Contractor’s tender will be rejected in all lots on the grounds that the tender does not comply with the terms of the contract, pursuant to Article 226 para. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act. 2. Each Contractor shall have the right to submit only one tender for a given lot. The same Contractor shall be deemed to have submitted more than one tender if the same entity participates in two or more tenders submitted jointly or is an independent Contractor and at the same time participates in a joint tender.
