Description

CSM and NMCI invite tenders for the supply of ICT support services from qualified companies for the provision of:
- Onsite ICT support in NMCI and CSM
— 1 person in NMCI, Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 17:30 pm
— 1 person in CSM, Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 17:30 pm
NB: The vendor's onsite support persons will report into the CIT IT Manager through the relevant Senior Technical Officer
There is an incumbent in place who has provided 2 persons to CIT as part of the expiring contract. 1 person is based in NMCI and 1 person is based in CSM. This contract has run out and we are currently tendering for a replacement contract.
The tender will be awarded initially for 1 year with a possibility of extending for a further 1/2/3 years.
