Description

1.The subject of the contract is delivery with the first commissioning and training in the operation of workshop equipment in the scope of Task No 1-7 Task No 1 – Wireless diagnostic kit for passenger, off-road and commercial vehicles, Task No 2 – Modular diagnostic tool for vehicles over 3.5 t, Task No 3 – Dynamic oil change device in automatic boxes, Task No 4 – MIG-MAG type welding machine, Task No 5 – TIG type welding machine, Task No 6 – Laser surface cleaning device in CW technology, Task No 7 – Wireless diagnostic kit for passenger vehicles. and delivery with assembly, first commissioning and training in the operation of the workshop equipment – in the scope of Task No 8 – Machine for the regeneration of particulate filters. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the scope of tasks 1 to 7. 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the FTZ-OPZ. 4. The type (assortment) and quantity of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Price form. 5. The subject-matter of the contract offered must meet the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the GIP. 6. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2a and 2b to the FTZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the tender must be accompanied by the evidence in question in accordance with Chapter IV of the FTZ (including submitting the Product Catalogue Card with the tender and completing and submitting the DECLARATION OF THE CONTRACTOR constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ). The contracting authority provides for the above-mentioned means of proof to be supplemented in accordance with Article 107(2). 9. For Zad 8, the Employer provides for the possibility of a local vision 10. The Ordering Party does not require a security 11. Ordering party requires submission of ZNWU
