Description

The services are paid for by flat-rate prices. Creation of a museum of contemporary African art in the Chapel of Saint-Roch The aim is to create a museum of contemporary art in the Chapel, intended for a future labeling museum of France, which will be structured around: A "permanent exhibition" route that can be renewed: About 160 works exhibited, which makes it possible to consider a renewal with regard to the background backing the museum over several years. The donation includes works of various formats (monumental paintings such as frescoes, installations, 1⁄2 A4 format, photographs, etc.). Due to this plurality the renewal of the permanent exhibition will require a fluidity and flexibility of spaces and around. A "temporary exhibition" route: focused on the focus of the collection and allowing artists to be invited (e.g. contemporary African artists, confronting African art VS American art with openness, etc.): 1st in France and Europe. The museum will also include a multimodal space (conference, EACS, projection...) and rooms and structures adapted for the manipulation and storage of works. To carry out this project, technical and programming studies were carried out. The objective is to use a global performance contract combining maintenance with the design and implementation of services in order to meet quantified performance objectives, which are in particular: - Continuity of service through the installation of technical equipment and systems that will enable it in the operational phase to commit to achieving the performance set in the market. The concept of overall cost is fully taken into account and considered by the groupings. - Actual consumption because the group will have to commit to real energy consumption performance in the two types of areas present on site: exposure zones and tertiary zones with real consumption targets subject to commitment. - Rehabilitation into a constrained urban site, involving the transformation of the Saint-Roch Chapel, an old building steeped in history, into a museum of contemporary African art. This operation will have to take into account the heritage and architectural constraints specific to a 19th century building. - Complex structural interventions, requiring overhauls, due to planned modifications and constraints linked to the dense urban environment of Le Suquet, the historic centre of Cannes. - A sharp expertise in design and engineering, to ensure the adaptation of the building to the requirements of a museum, especially in terms of control of humidity, temperature and air quality, while respecting the existing architecture. - A mastery of restoration and reinforcement techniques, because the rehabilitation of the chapel requires the preservation and enhancement of the original architectural elements, while integrating modern facilities adapted to the standards of museums in France. - A global approach to energy and environmental performance, integrating a reflection on consumption management, lighting, thermal comfort and control systems in order to guarantee optimal conditions for the conservation of works. The part of the project owner's provisional budget allocated to this project for design, construction and maintenance is fixed at 10 660 000.00 HT. The starting date of the contract is given as an indication. Candidates who have submitted the elements requested and selected to submit a tender will receive a bonus of EUR 80,000.00 excluding VAT (per group). If at the end of the analysis, the offers are incomplete or non-compliant, it may be decided to reduce or cancel the amount of the premium. The output expected by the contracting authority is an APS level and a video. For the successful tenderer, this premium will be deducted from the amount of the contract. The criteria for the selection of applications are set out in Article 8.1 of the RC. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
