Description

The city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler intends to restore the spa park destroyed in the flood disaster of July 2021 and has commissioned its subsidiary, Marketing GmbH, to manage the restoration. The spa park of Bad Neuenahr houses the healing spring "Großer Sprudel", whose well technology and facilities were destroyed in the flood disaster in July 2021. Originally, the fountain technology was housed in a separate building on the grounds of the thermal bath house opposite the spa park. This building was destroyed by the flood and there is now a need to rebuild the well technology. Due to the functional affiliation of water extraction to the spring in the spa park, there is a need to rebuild the well technology in the immediate vicinity of the spring. The new well technology is arranged in the basement of the existing building of the Kurparkterrasse. For this purpose, a ceiling opening of about 24m2 between the basement and the ground floor is produced on site. Annexes 05 and 06 to the invitation to tender contain photographic documentation of the premises and areas. For the introduction into the building, the north façade is opened on an area of approx. 6.20 m width and approx. 3.10 m height. The tanks (pressure filter and degassing tanks) must be placed in the basement floor in the prefabricated state. In the course of the procurement procedure, a rough concept describing the introduction of the containers must be submitted. This is based on a maximum container weight of approx. 6.50 to. In this case, the planned insertion steps and the use of the machine, as well as any required on-site services, must be named. The detailed assembly and insertion concept must then be further developed after commissioning. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
