1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of educational and information campaigns for vocational education, higher education and lifelong learning, including adult learning entitled: ‘Małopolska teaches’. 2. The contract will be awarded in two parts: a) Part 1 – creation, production and broadcasting of materials promoting the University Festival – Małopolska Future and Lifelong Learning (LLL), in particular the production of information and graphic materials, an online campaign and the production of audio and video materials (movies, spots); b) Part 2 – implementation of an outdoor campaign outside and inside public transport vehicles, in particular the development of graphic designs and display of advertisements in Krakow (tram wrapping), advertisements in Bus TV and TRAM TV) and Tarnów and Nowy Sącz (bus wrapping); 3. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) states respectively: Annex 1Da to swz for Part 1, Annex 1Db to swz for Part 2, which are also Annex 2 to the Agreement, respectively for the part concerned. 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of the contracts – for Lot 1 – which is Annex 1Ca to the Execution of Contracts, for Lot 2 – which is Annex 1Cb to the Execution of Contracts. 5. If the description of the subject of the contract includes: the names of trade marks, patents or origin should only be considered as an aid to the description of the subject-matter of the contract. In any case, equivalent products in terms of design, parameters and intended use are acceptable. 6. The Contracting Authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract on the basis of the employment relationship. 7. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the project ‘Building a system of coordination and monitoring of regional activities for vocational education, higher education and lifelong learning, including adult learning - investment A3.1.1 of the RRP’ is co-financed by the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 8.
