The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply of hygiene materials and means of cleaning. The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. Order code according to the Common Vocabulary: 39800000 - Cleaning and polishing products. The requirements to be met by the products are set out in the Technical Specification – Annex 1 and in the tender documents. Deliveries of the goods will be made periodically after receiving preliminary written requests from the Assignor. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are indicative/estimated and the deliveries depend on the current needs of the health institution.
