France-Toulouse: Spectrometers
The subject of the contract is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning and training in the use of a new combined elementary chemical analysis system comprising an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and an X microfluorescence (μXRF) for scanning electron microscope (MEB).
The contract comprises two (2) variants at the initiative of the contracting authority: these are two (2) Possible additional services (PES):
ESP 1 mandatory: extension of additional guarantee by 1 year firm;
ESP 2 mandatory: extension of additional guarantee by 3 years firm.
