Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a surgical table to the robotic system in the amount of 1 pcs. to the seat of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Attachment No. 1 to nin. Specifications. 2. Tenders not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected. 3. The other terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 3 to the nin. Specifications. Co-financing of the contract under the Project: “Modernisation and expansion of diagnostic, combination treatment, pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical care facilities for cancer patients at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow” as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Component D ‘Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system’. N.B.: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure in the event of failure to grant the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to the financing of the contract (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
