Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa przejęcia zobowiązań finansowych długoterminowych Gminy Miejskiej Górowo Iławeckie. Usługa, będąca przedmiotem zamówienia będzie realizowana w trybie art. 518 § 1 pkt 3 ustawy z 23.4.1964 Kodeks cywilny (t.j. Dz.U. 2014 r. poz. 121 z późn. zm.).Wykonawca dokona przejęcia zobowiązań finansowych długoterminowych w walucie polskiej w wysokości 8 685 000 PLN na warunkach określonych w umowie. Planowana data przejęcia zobowiązań finansowych długoterminowych nastąpi do 10.8.2015. Przejęte przez Wykonawcę zobowiązania będą podlegać spłacie od dnia zawarcia umowy do 28.12.2035.
