Description

Das Gelände des ehemaligen Güterbahnhofs Köpenick ist einer der bedeutenden Standorte für den Wohnungsneubau in Berlin. Im Rahmen einer 2020 vom Berliner Senat beschlossenen und förmlich festgesetzten städtebaulichen Entwicklungsmaßnahme soll hier ein neues klimaneutrales Stadtquartier entstehen. Im Zuge eines städtebaulich-freiräumlichen Werkstattverfahrens soll eine städtebauliche Figur gefunden und ein Rahmenplan definiert werden, der Grundlage für weitere Planungen sein wird.
