Description

Zur Reinigung von S-Bahn-Fahrzeugen soll die vorhandene Außenreinigungsanlage am Standort Grünau zurück gebaut und durch eine neue Anlage ersetzt werden, da die bisherige Anlage die betrieblichen Anforderungen perspektivisch nicht mehr vollumfänglich erfüllen kann. Hauptaufgaben der Projektsteuerung sind die Projektsteuerung der Gesamtmaßnahme sowie die Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei erforderlichen Abstimmungen mit dem EBA und die Abstimmungsführung mit weiteren Gutachtern, Behörden und Sonderfachleuten. Die Projektsteuerung der Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst insbesondere die Koordination und Einbindung der Projektbeteiligten, die Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektterminpläne sowie der Budgets in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling, aber auch die Erstellung von Statusberichten.
