Description

1. The subject of the contract is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, laboratory reagents and consumables, according to the quantitative and generic summary set out in Annex No 2 to the Specifications of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘swz’, meeting the quality parameters set out in Annex No 2 to the contract, together with the lease of the analysers and tube sorter for Part 3, meeting the performance parameters set out in Annex No 2 to the contract, under the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 4a to the contract for Part 1-2 and Annex No 4b to the contract for Part 3. 2. The goods offered must be new and unused, with the exception of the leased item referred to in Part 3. 3. Delivery of the subject of the order together with transport and unloading will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is obliged, as part of the price of the subject of the contract, to hand over and deposit at the Contracting Authority’s premises for the duration of the contract, together with the first delivery of reagents, a refrigerator with a capacity of at least 300 l with a cooling range of at least 2-8°C to store the reagents offered and a centrifuge for spinning biological material with the possibility of adjusting the speed of up to 4000 revolutions.
