Description

Tysvær municipality - TK - would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall be primarily responsible for engineering design, procurement and implementation of welfare technology, as stated in the competition documents. The framework agreement period is 4 years + 1+1 option years. The procurement shall enter into an agreement for the procurement and/or hire of equipment that constitutes safety services for: the Health Block in Aksdal. There will be one building with 120 beds divided between nursing homes and sheltered accommodation flats with adapted staffing. Note: Call-offs beyond phase 0 in the framework agreement are subject to the realisation of the Health Block. This is going to be known to the ILA. autumn 2024 in connection with the interaction phase and the result, as well as budget processing. Options - tenderers must confirm that they can take care of the desired options: Welfare technology for persons living at home in the municipality. This involves sheltered accommodation flats that are not affiliated with an institution, as well as private homes. Nedstrandstunet: Currently an institution with 20 places, which has been approved, shall be altered to sheltered accommodation flats with adapted staffing. It is currently unclear which organisation model and technology will be chosen here. Respite housing and residential measures: The municipality currently has 4 residential measures, a day department and a respite care institution.
