The invitation to tender shall be published only to the tenderers selected for the negotiated procedure. The purpose of the negotiations was to specify the final invitation to tender and the procurement contract in a form that was optimal for both the client and the tenderers due to the versatile, comprehensive and challenging service package. NOTE: The total price of the service indicated in the initial tender will not be allowed to rise to the final tender by more than 10%. The client has reserved an appropriation for the procurement and if the appropriation is exceeded, the client has the right to interrupt the procurement. It is possible that the number of employees in the company will increase even before or during the contract period. The estimate of the potential increase in the number of employees is 40-55 employees. It is likely that this information will be available to the Client during further negotiations. The final tender documents and appendices were sent to the tenderers by e-mail on 20 May 2025. The response time will not be asked again, but the score will be valid as announced in the preliminary offer. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
