Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup i dostawa oleju napędowego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Ofertę można składać na jedną lub obie części przedmiotu zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 2 części, jak niżej: a) Część I – zamówienie obejmuje zakup i dostawę oleju napędowego w planowanej ilości 2.600.000 litrów. Wielkość pojedynczej dostawy nie będzie mniejsza niż 5.000 litrów i nie większa niż 11.000 litrów. b) Część II – zamówienie obejmuje zakup i dostawę oleju napędowego w planowanej ilości 1.000.000 litrów. Wielkość pojedynczej dostawy nie będzie mniejsza niż 3.000 litrów i nie większa niż 4.500 litrów. 4. Mając na uwadze treść art. 441 Pzp, Zamawiający upoważniony przewiduje prawo opcji w wysokości do 30% zamówienia podstawowego przedmiotu zamówienia dla każdej z Części
