BG-Sofia: project-management services other than for construction work
The Contractor shall ensure that:
1. Efficient and effective project management by carrying out its day-to-day management and planning as part of the Project Management Unit;
2. The sustainability of the Danube Fab project;
3. Effective and efficient use of funds made available to contracting entities under the TEN-T2008-EU-40001-S project approved by Decision C (2009) 6822 of 11.9.2009 of the European Commission;
4. Effective project management planning;
5. Support the activities of the Project Steering Committee;
6. Supporting and monitoring the activities of the Project Working Groups;
7. The necessary organisation of the project’s communication activities and social dialogue;
8. The overall organisation and implementation of activities related to the implementation of the TEN-T2008-EU-40001-S project;
9. Maintain a complete, accurate and systematic archive of the Project;
10. Assisting the contracting authorities in carrying out all other activities necessary for the successful implementation of the Project.
The Contractor’s specific obligations are detailed in Annex No 1 ‘Technical requirements’, which forms an integral part of the draft contract, which forms an integral part of the call for tenders.
