A fully automated stacking system for pile piles is being tendered for the ÖBB Infrastructure site in Knittelfeld. The planned system is equipped by the employee with the ready-cut sheets. The system assembles the piles fully automatically and staples or welds them out every 500mm. The finished pile is removed from the plant by the employee. The new system consists of the following components: -Welding robot, 6 axes, with small hand axis, working radius 1,700 mm, -handling robot, 6 axes, working radius 2,700 mm, -digital MIG/MAG welding power source, -gas nozzle detection sensor -reinforced ground track for speed 30 m/min -rotating device speed 6 rpm -safety light curtain -devices -gripper for small parts and large parts (parallel grippers, magnetic grippers) -assembly, commissioning and programming Maintenance contract is tendered for 3 years.
