The object of the Assignment is the supply of ‘Fleet(management) based on Full operational lease’ and therefore the nature/centre of gravity of the Assignment is a service. The Kadaster is looking for a partner who attaches great importance to services and products and can also realize this. In key words, this means: durable, user-friendly, high service level and knowledgeable. The value of the contract in recent years has been approximately EUR 2.5 – 3.0 MLN. including VAT per year. This is an indication, which is based on historical data. The expected financial size varies in such a way that it has been chosen to indicate only numbers of Vehicles. Some unforeseen future circumstances that cannot be taken into account at the moment are: • Cost developments in the automotive sector and their impact on the pricing of the Vehicles; • Motor vehicle tax and BPM tax on electric vehicles; • Electricity price developments; • Due to the application of internal "stricter" award criteria, the number of Personal Cars is expected to decrease.
