Description

Извършването на услугата включва консултантски услуги в пълен обем, във връзка със строителството на горепосочения обект и включва дейностите по:
а. Извършване на строителен надзор по време на строителството, в съответствие с изискванията на чл. 168 от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и подзаконовите нормативни актове (вкл. и контрол на Строителните продукти, влагани в Строежа, както и на извършените СМР);
б. Координация на строителния процес до въвеждането на Строежа в експлоатация;
в. Осъществяване на геодезическо заснемане на Строежа;
г. Изготвяне на Техническия паспорт на Строежа, съгласно Наредба № 5/28.12.2006 г.;
д. Управление на изпълнението на Строежа /Управление на проекта/;
е. Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на отстраняване на проявени скрити Дефекти през гаранционните срокове;
ж. Съставяне на Окончателен доклад за въвеждане на Строежа в експлоатация;
з. Изпълняване на всички останали задължения на Консултанта, предвидени в договора за обществена поръчка, договора с Изпълнителя на строителството и законовите разпоредби.
