Italy-Chiavenna: Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to award a concession for the design, construction and management of a multi-plan garage with a commercial area, on the basis of the feasibility study prepared by the granting authority, submitted in the tender procedure. The area covered by the intervention, which is owned by the Municipality of the Municipality of the Ulsimo, is located in loc. Scalcoggia bounded by the road to the streets for ‘simo’ – (innocent De Giacomi route), the dam of either’simo and the Scalcoggia stream. The project will propose car parking spaces with paid rotational parking, with a minimum capacity of 270 rotating parking spaces and an assumed number of 70 boxes to be offered for sale. The structure of the garage may develop at several levels that are sown or partially underground. The garage will be covered for the commercial area, the extension of which may not exceed 1 500 m² of gross floor area and relevant parking spaces. The commercial area must also include any area of residence relevant to commercial activity (maximum 120 m² S.L.P.). The duration of the concession will be an evaluation of the tender, but may not exceed 30 years from the date of signature of the concession agreement, with a minimum of 15 years.
