Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract (name of the procedure) is the performance of the service Evaluation of knowledge transfer and links between R & D and business support institutions and enterprises in Małopolskie Province. Ex-post evaluation of the implementation of the Regional Innovation Strategy for the Małopolskie Voivodship 2008-2013 with a view to its impact on regional innovation in 2016;
2. The aim of the service to be procured is to evaluate the process of implementing the Regional Innovation Strategy WM 07-13 and the regional innovation policy based on it in quantitative and qualitative terms. The assessment will be based on the indicators of the RIS monitoring system and additional expert studies and large-scale surveys of legacy sources. The object of the service is an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness, efficiency and usefulness of the actions taken under the Strategy.
