Bollnäs kommun utför en upphandling gällande distribution av kylda matlådor för beställare inom Bollnäs kommun. Mattransporterna sker från centralköket Karlslund i Bollnäs till brukare inom Bollnäs kommuns hemtjänst (ordinärt boende).
Bollnäs kommun har en policy för främjande av arbetsintegrerade sociala företag (ASF). Den här upphandlingen är inte reserverad för ASF men Beställaren välkomnar ASF-företag att lämna anbud. I utvärderingen möjliggörs då ett mervärdesavdrag för dessa företag.
