1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery, on behalf of the Ordering Party, of products for the disinfection of surfaces and tools, described in detail in Annex No 2 to the FTZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No 6 to the FTZ - Draft contractual provisions. 2.
