Description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a delivery called ‘Delivery of a brand new medium 4x4 rescue and firefighting car for the volunteer fire brigade in Kaszów’. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ. 3. Together with the car, the Contractor shall provide the appropriate documentation necessary for the use of the car in accordance with its intended purpose. 4. The vehicle being the subject of the contract must meet the technical conditions provided for by the legal regulations in force in Poland for fire-fighting cars circulating on public roads and the conditions provided for by the provisions of Community law in the European Union for this type of car.
