Description

The contract included the renewal of 800 (eight hundred) licenses for Safetica Enterprise software against leaks for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. For the period of validity, licences should ensure: 1. Software insurance that includes periodic updates and upgrades from the manufacturer; 2. Manufacturer's support; 3. Software security for reporting software related issues (bugs) by phone, email and/or web interface 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
