The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of a temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads. 4. The works must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Technical Project. 5. The study covered the renovation of the section of the provincial road No 843 located in the built-up area on the section Stara Wieś – Wólka Kraśniczyńska from km 28+700+470 to km 29+900, with a length of 1,200 km, in order to repair and strengthen the existing asphalt-concrete road surface. The scope of works is (part III) renovation works covered by the Technical Project entitled: ‘Renovation of provincial road No 843, section St. Wies – Majdan Skierbieszowski from km 26+470 to km 31+470 - length: 5,000 km’ – Application accepted without opposition by the Lublin Provincial Office in Lublin in accordance with Certificate ref. IF-I.7843.5.5.2021.ZS of 22 January 2021. 6.
