Description

The object of this contract is the acquisition of tele-reading equipment, meters equipped with an NBIoT modem and / or NBIoT modem. Such equipment must guarantee a useful life (detailed in the following section), during which consumption measures are to be obtained by means of a tele-reading service consisting of a NBIoT communications network with sufficient coverage in the ALJARAFESA coverage area, and a middleware for the operation and management of the devices that allows interaction with each of the tele-reading devices throughout their useful life. In order to comply with this objective, and to meet the obligations inherent in a public sector contract, it is understood as the best solution to associate the acquisition of the equipment with the communications service to carry out tele-reading during its useful life. The merging of these services into a single contract is possible because they are closely linked to each other by a relationship of complementarity, so that they can be treated as a functional unit, and also satisfy a need of ALJARAFESA, all in accordance with the provisions of article 34.2 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP).
