Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of a set of residential buildings, together with land development, in an investment field of 7 MW (according to the breakdown of the land by quarter in accordance with the IMP). The project is located in Poznań in the area of streets: Literary/Wiencka/Zawacka/Konkiewicza w Poznań, on plot with registration number 1/82, Ark. 14, Golęcin. The scope of the construction work included in the project includes residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, ground and underground parking areas, entrances, street furniture, installations and networks to the extent necessary for their proper functioning and obtaining all the necessary conditions, decisions and arrangements for obtaining a decision on the authorisation of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Investment”). This description covers both the core task and the task covered by the ‘option right’.
