Description

The subject-matter of the contract in the present proceedings is:
(a) Part 1 – development and deployment of the e-Portal (eHealth) together with the launch of e-services through the provision and implementation of an IT system providing online services together with the development of medical software including electronic health records, as described in Annex 1B to the ToR.
(b) Part 2 – purchase of computer equipment and equipment necessary for the launch of e-services, through the supply of dedicated data processing equipment, as described in Annex 1A to the ToR.
The procedure is carried out under the project ‘Improving the quality and accessibility of health services by implementing e-services in SPZOZ ‘Centrum’, SPZOZ ‘Śródmieście’, SPZOZ ‘Zaodrze’ in Opole’, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Opolskie Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.
