Description

Neubau einer Polizeieinsatzzentrale zur Unterbringung der Leitstellenarbeitsplätze und deren umgebenden Infrastruktur. Das Gebäude soll sich über 5 Geschosse auf ca. 7 000 m2 Bruttogeschossfläche entwickeln. Ein Untergeschoss für Pkw-Parken sowie Unterbringung von Technischer Gebäudeausrüstung ist zusätzlich möglich. Der Leitstellenraum mit ca. 1 000 m2 BGF und ca. 60 Arbeitsplätzen sowie der Schulungsraum mit ca. 400 m2 BGF zeichnen sich durch Stützenfreiheit sowie einer lichten Raumhöhe von mind. 5,50 m aus. Der Schulungsraum dient gleichzeitig als Redundanz für die Feuerwehrleitstelle. Die Anforderungen aus einem Sicherheitskonzept sind in die Planung mit aufzunehmen.
