Los establecimientos penitenciarios disponen de numerosas y complejas instalaciones, para conseguir el adecuado funcionamiento de las mismas, es preciso que dispongan de un mantenimiento acorde a sus caracterĆ­sticas, la opciĆ³n mĆ”s adecuada es contar con empresas que tengan capacidad de realizar un servicio de mantenimiento integral, que incluya el mantenimiento preventivo, tĆ©cnico legal y correctivo. En general, los servicios de mantenimiento integral a ejecutar por el contratista serĆ”n aquellos que afecten a las instalaciones y los equipos, asĆ­ como a los elementos constructivos inherentes a ambos, tal y como se definirĆ” mĆ”s adelante en el Pliego de Prescripciones TĆ©cnicas
