Description

BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering a framework contract for the temporary provision of licenses (subscription or rental model) including the maintenance and support services of the manufacturer RegScale (product: RegScale Platform incl. software maintenance and support as well as software-related contractual services (implementation, customizing and training services) in the course of an open procedure pursuant to § 14(2) VgV with a ceiling of up to €7,286,353.50 (net).
