Description

1.The subject of the contract are services consisting in the systematic collection and export of liquid waste (constituting social and living wastewater) from military complexes in the area of Nieznany Bór, Plewki, Dąbrowa MoczydƂy, Wojewodzin, Czartajew. The Ordering Party divided the order into 4 days: Task 1: collection and export of liquid impurities Unknown Bor 4 (Hajnówka) Task 4: collection and export of liquid impurities Plewki 5B, Dąbrowa MoczydƂy 2 Task 3: collection and export of liquid waste in the Province of Voivodship Task No 4: collection and disposal of liquid waste in the town of Czartayev, 2. The Contracting Authority is entitled to exercise the option right for the entire duration of the contract, and the Contractor is obliged to provide the services covered by the option right at the unit prices indicated in its offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the contract covered by the right of option, and the Contractor declares that he will not make any claims for this reason. The condition for activating the option right is a declaration of will of the Ordering Party about activating the option right by informing in an appropriate letter. 3.The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contract to the Contractor referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to 30% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition of similar services within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract in the case of an increased number of soldiers serving and any events requiring securing the service of collecting and exporting liquid waste.
