Description

The purpose of this publicity notice is to set up a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount in order to provide driving and locotractor rental services for hauling work trains on lines A and B of the RER. The services are the subject of a framework agreement with good orders awarded to three contractors. The framework agreement consists of a minimum amount per contractor divided as follows and a maximum overall amount of EUR 14 900 000.00: - The minimum amount of services performed allocated to the first contractor (candidate whose final offer, after the negotiations, would be the best) would be € 4,849,570.00 excluding VAT. The minimum amount corresponds to 55% of the estimated amount of the services to be provided. - The minimum amount of services provided allocated to the second contractor (candidate whose final offer, after the negotiations, would be the second best-priced) would be € 2,645,220.00 excluding VAT. The minimum amount corresponds to 30% of the estimated amount of the services to be provided. - The minimum amount of services provided allocated to the third contractor (candidate whose final offer, after the negotiations, would be the third best-priced) would be €1,322,610.00 excluding VAT. The minimum amount corresponds to 15% of the estimated amount of the services to be provided. Order forms for the maximum amount shall be awarded to the contractor ranked first in the framework agreement.
