Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests with calibrators and control materials together with the lease of basic analyzers and a replacement analyzer (for the determination of cardiac parameters). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including information on the required technical and usage parameters and the type of analyses and the number of markings, is set out in Annex 1 forming an integral part of the FTZ, in which the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the name of the manufacturer, model/type, catalogue numbers, as well as other data (indicated in the form) offered by the Contractor. 3. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders and must cover all the items indicated in the subject-matter of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor.
