Servizio di diagnosi energetica di 100 edifici comunali, a destinazione scolastica. Per diagnosi energetica si intende la procedura sistematica finalizzata a ottenere un'adeguata conoscenza del profilo di consumo energetico dell'edificio, a individuare e quantificare le opportunità di risparmio energetico sotto il profilo costi-benefici e a riferire in merito ai risultati.
