Description

L'aménagement foncier agricole et forestier est une compétence départementale règlementaire et obligatoire. Les projets d'aménagement foncier sont réalisés à la demande des communes intéressées et font l'objet d'une étude d'aménagement préalable (article L.121-1 du Code Rural et de la pêche maritime). En application de l'article L.121-20 du même code, cette étude sert d'état initial à l'étude d'impact prévue à l'article L.123-10. La Commission Intercommunale d'Aménagement Foncier de Renescure - Hazebrouck a élaboré son projet d'aménagement foncier qui doit, conformément aux articles R.121-20 et R.123-10 du Code Rural et de la pêche maritime, faire l'objet d'une étude d'impact sur l'environnement avant d'être soumis à une enquête publique
