Description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out work for the takeover of the Chauffage, Eau Chaude Sanitaire and VMC from 24 to 44, 54-56 and from 58 to 77 – Rue du Saule Saint Jacques in Mennecy 91540. The contract follows the termination of the previous works contract. The performance of the works is subject to an obligation of result under the conditions described in Article 1.16 of the CCTP. The conditions for the execution of the works are further described in the CCTP. The market is neither allotted nor broken down into tranches. The contract shall be treated at a global and all-inclusive price. Optional variants are not allowed. The contracting authority does not require any mandatory variant to be encrypted. Site visits are compulsory under the conditions set out in the consultation rules.
