Description

Die WBM plant auf dem Grundstück Rathenower Straße 16 in Berlin-Moabit einen Wohnungsneubau mit Gewerbeflächen und einen Stadtplatz mit Treppenbauwerk, das als Zugang zum benachbarten Jugendclub dient.
Durch einen von der WBM beauftragten Planer wurden die Objektplanung für Gebäude und Freianlagen sowie die Fachplanungen für Tragwerk und Technische Gebäudeausrüstung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 gemäß HOAI 2013 erbracht. In der vorgenannten Planungsbereichen sind bereits Teilleistungen der Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphase 5 gemäß HOAI 2013/ LP5) - sog. Leitdetails – erbracht. Die Leistungsphase 4 ist bereits beauftragt, erfolgt aber aufgrund des laufenden B-Plan-Verfahrens zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt vsl. im 1. Quartal 2022.
Die Entwurfsplanung inkl. Leitdetails wird zum Beauftragungszeitpunkt abgeschlossen sein.
Mit der Vervollständigung der Ausführungsplanung sowie der schlüsselfertigen Herstellung des Gebäudes mit Stadtplatz soll ein Generalunternehmer (GU) beauftragt werden.
