Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the implementation of the project ‘Organisation of waste water management in the agglomeration of Pleszew’, hereinafter referred to as the project co-financed by the Cohesion Fund, Priority II Environmental Protection, including adaptation to climate change, Measure 2.3 Water and Waste Water Management in agglomerations (No of the grant agreement for Project POIS.02.03.00-00-0058/16 of 28 June 2016) concerning the task ‘Purchase 3 – axial municipal machinery with recycling’.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the annex to the ToR.
The scope of the contract covers the supply of a single, factory new complete truck, specialised, manufactured in 2018 or 2019, complying with the EURO 6 standard on exhaust emissions and complying with the technical requirements laid down in the Polish legislation for vehicles circulating on public roads, including the technical conditions laid down in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997...
