Description

The work to be designed and carried out concerns the construction of a gendarmerie station organised in 2 independent functional areas:
— a ‘services and technical’ area itself made up of 2 entities around an internal courtyard: an office entity and associated areas (single building and in CR) and a separate technical unit (garage, shop, etc.),
— a housing area of 35 dwellings.
Parking areas with 3 separate regimes: service, public and private.
Various external fittings: green areas, leisure areas.
The part of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is EUR 5 300 000 net of tax.
