Description

This notice of call for applications concerns a restricted project management competition at sketch+ level (ESQ+), for the construction of an intercommunal swimming pool in Villeparisis. The project provides for the construction of aquatic equipment that takes into account the educational dimension as a priority, the general public dimension as well as the associative dimension. It will offer a simultaneous reception of the different audiences. The future establishment will include a reception area, an administrative centre (management offices), bathing annexes, a basin hall (3 basins and ancillary rooms), a wet wellness area and technical rooms. The outdoor area will include a mineral and vegetable solarium as well as access areas (parking, bus drop-off, service courses). The area of the building is estimated at approximately 3 300m2 (including technical rooms). The outdoor areas develop on about 3,120m2. The estimated budget for the works is approximately EUR 12 700 000 (excluding variants related to the depth of the dive pit), value October 2024, index BT01 131.7 of 16/10/2024. Variant 1 relating to the creation of an extension pit of 8 metres is estimated at EUR 1 317 000 excluding VAT for a total of EUR 14 017 000 excluding VAT. Variant 2 relating to the creation of a 10-metre extension pit is estimated at EUR 1 570 300 excluding VAT for a total of EUR 14 270 300 excluding VAT.
