The subject-matter of the contract is: ‘Upgrading and upgrading the communication link between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the foreign representations’ under two lots: Lot No 1 ‘Supply of equipment for upgrading and updating the communication link between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the foreign representations and maintenance of existing equipment’ and Lot No 2 ‘Construction of an alternative radio-relay system for high-speed connection’.
