Description

Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest:
I. Dostawa dodatkowych licencji SAP, w tym:
a) licencji użytkowników uprawniających do korzystania z Oprogramowania SAP,
b) licencji na współpracujące z Oprogramowaniem SAP programy komputerowe.
II. Dostarczenie usługi świadczenia Asysty technicznej, w tym:
Dostarczenie usługi świadczenia Asysty technicznej dla dostarczonych dodatkowych licencji SAP na zasadach SAP Enterprise Support lub równoważnej, w okresie 12 miesięcy kalendarzowych począwszy od pierwszego dnia miesiąca następującego po miesiącu, w którym dokonano należytej dostawy nośników Oprogramowania SAP.
Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia zakresu zamówienia do Zadania 1, o którym mowa w Rozdziale III SIWZ.
