Management services in five lots: Lot 1: Technical Building Management (TGM), Lot 2: Maintenance cleaning (UHR), Lot 3: Glass/facade cleaning Lot 4: Greenery and outdoor facilities maintenance incl. winter maintenance and lot 5: security services. The call for tenders is bundled for locations of the Deutsches Museum, with each lot being defined separately in detail in a separate service description. The following properties are included in the scope of services: 1. Museum island: Collection Construction Realisation Section 1, GFA approx. 35,000 sqm and Collection Construction Realisation Section 2 (from 2028) GFA approx. 35,000 sqm., Library Construction, GFA approx. Flugwerft Schleißheim, GFA approx. 19,000 sqm and 3. Transport centre, GFA approx. 13,000 sqm.
