Description

The contract must make it possible to carry out third-party maintenance of the e-services platform and the Metropolitan Nantes account for the purposes of the group of computer orders Nantes métropole, town of Nantes and CCAS.
The services expected for the e-services platform and the Metropolitan Nantes account:
— the initiation of the service,
— maintenance in operational conditions (MCO),
— the evolutionary maintenance of the solution,
— the reversibility of the benefit and transfer to another legal person.
This contract is awarded in accordance with the competitive procedure with negotiation, pursuant to Articles 25 and 71 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.
