The Management Board of West Electricity Distribution Networks EAD, as a sectoral contracting authority within the meaning of Article 5(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), carrying out a sectoral activity under Article 123(2) in conjunction with Article 125(1)(1) of the ZOP and § 2(60) of the Additional Provisions to the ZOP on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of Article 2(47) of the ZOP, shall open and conduct an open public procurement procedure for the repair of power transformers 110/Cr.N, owned by ERN Zapad EAD, reference No PPS25-084.
