Description

Die Kita Fasanenhof wurde durch das Unwetter im Juni 2023 stark beschädigt und muss in größerem Umfang saniert werden. Die Kita befindet sich in einem Rohbau ähnlichen Zustand, lediglich die Haustechnik ist teilweise in Betrieb, muss jedoch komplett erneuert werden. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen die komplette Erneuerung der haustechnischen Anlagen incl. Verstärkung des Hausanschlusses sowie die Demontage der vorhandenen Technik. Im Objekt werden in den vorhandenen Grundrissen einige Änderungen vorgenommen. An der Außenhülle des Gebäudes gibt es keine Änderungen, hier soll lediglich eine Einblasdämmung mit Zellulose in die Luftschicht der Außenwand ausgeführt werden. Im Zuge der durch die Versicherung abgedeckten Schäden wurden Abbruchmaßnahmen zur weiteren Schadensminimierung bereits ausgeführt.
